I tend to get really excited about things. For example, something about teaching my yoga sculpt classes gives me this unbelievable amount of energy. I really enjoy guiding my students through a powerful, heart pumping passion lifephysical practice. I also like to bring them in to the present moment. Forget the worries, forget the stress. You are here for a reason, push yourself, plaster a smile on your face and feel the burn!  People know I’m passionate about it. It’s not necessary to even write about, because if you have come to one of my classes, well, you can see it. Yes, I am passionate about teaching. I think my personality makes me passionate about many things.

My passion shows through when I’m easily excited about the littlest things. Ice cold water after a great workout. Chocolate covered grahams. A video of puppies playing (especially in slo-mo). Snapchats (yes, these keep me very enertained).  Fro-Yo with all the naughty toppings that I should learn not to eat as an adult. Conversations with friends. Comments on facebook. Ecards. My favorite song on the radio, or better yet on repeat in my car.

I appreciate the little things. It makes me happy to do so. I think sometimes people over-worry, over-analyze, or worse over-judge. People need to take a step back and find something they are passionate about. Less worrying and stressing, more doing, and fulfilling. Finding your passion and your dream.

I am not rich, I worry about money everyday. I worry about making time for people in my life before they are gone. I stress about what I want to do in my life. Am I in the right job. Yes I am human so I worry and stress. But I don’t let it control me. I let passion take over and I can say that I wouldn’t want to live any other way. I cherish the relationships I have with so many different people in my life. I am honored to have the family I do, even if at times I wonder how the heck we are related. Everything that has happened in my life has left a great memory. Even if the memory is painful, I have learned to grow and become a better person from every experience. This is what makes me more passionate. We have learned how short life is. People live, people die. It’s the cycle of life. It’s what people do in between life and death that really counts. Make life count. Be passionate.

  1. My worry comes from having children! Raising them to be happy, passionate, loving and giving human beings. Not sure how you got that way ……and don’t know why I worried so much…..On my knees for the next two. Learning to let go and that it is really out of my hands. Happy for your passion and carrying on the love of motivating others…..
